Recently, I met one of your drivers at C.V.S Pharmacy in ocala, and i wanted to let you know how much i appreciated meeting him and how impressed i was at how much he and your firm made a impression on me. Matter of fact one of my friends has a loved one at the local nursing home where i believe you deliver to ,called timberidge nursing home. I believe your employee's name is TOM, well we were getting our prescriptions at C.V.S when(TOM) arrived, the pharmacist stopped helping me to help TOM with his pick-up. Tom stopped the pharmacist in mid sentence and instructed him to finish with her before taking care of me. After we had finished our transaction TOM continued with his business, he apologized insisting that the pharmacist should take care of me first. He had such a great personality and even helped us get our bags to the car. What i encountered that day in C.V.S shows a business who cares about those they serve. This is what customer service and image is all about. This one encounter has not only made an impression it has allowed us senior ladies to tell everybody we know. I hope it is ok but i have submitted a letter to the editor of the ocala star banner telling of my passive yet positive experience with Hurricane Courier Services Inc.
